Position: Office Mgr (Accounting)
Location: Mississauga
Salary: 35k-45k
Mississauga software sales and development organization requires a full time office manager. This incumbent will manage all aspects of office administration and provide administrative support to the President. Sales administration and accounting experience are essential.
Report To: President and General Manager
Responsibilities
All accounting functions to Trial Balance
Daily reporting to management
Project tracking for billing purposes
Track accounts receivable / payable
Banking
Managing all office equipment
Inventory control
Price Book maintenance
Coordination of all correspondence and courier services
Processing payroll and benefits administration
Records management
Maintain and replenish office supplies
Supervises activities performed in all work units within the office, including office management and implementation of procedures
Establishing branch procedures and processes
Job Qualifications
At least 2 years prior business experience
Must be proficient in Simple Accounting
Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Must be detail oriented
Strong communications and writing skills.
Able to work accurately and neatly.
Strong administrative abilities.
